We should not forget that Kepler's celestial mechanics had
strong violation of circularity and Einstein's theory of
relativity had strong violation of Galilei invariance.
[Rhett was puzzled, so Arkadiusz continued...]
We need a theory of open systems - more and more people
are realizing this. If unitarity must be abandoned (and it must)
then it will be abandoned. As "circularity" had to be abandoned
(Kepler). As Galilei invariance had to be abandoned (Einstein).
If microcausality must be abandoned (and it must) - it will be
abandoned. What must *not* be abandoned are experimental data
and the logic of reasoning.
To build a new theory of open systems, Relativity 3, as David
Finkelstein calls it, or EEQT (Event Enhanced Quantum Theory)
as I call it - we need to think in new and open ways.
Am I clear now?
