I really enjoyed Caroline Lewis proposed experimental tests of the
Hameroff-Penrose conjecture and the Frohlich oscillations. I generally
remain a silent observer (reader) of most of the very large and often
poor in real information-content discussions that have been going on
in the last year or so re. the problem of consciousness. Many of the
postings (actually the quantum-d postings are in general of higher
quality than some other discussion groups) seem to be general mumblings
about what consciousness might or might not be. Caroline's proposed
tests and where they might lead us was a refreshing ray of true physics/
biology sunshine in an often clouded sky of consciousness. Bravo!
